DTC has made the process to obtain a DTC Bus Pass very simple. There are two ways to apply for a DTC Bus Pass:

DTC Bus Pass Centre
To make it convenient for everyone, the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has opened 40 DTC Bus Pass Centres across Delhi. A section may be manual or computerised but the process to obtain the DTC Bus Pass remains the same.
Below are the steps to obtain a DTC Bus Pass through a Bus Pass Centre (or Section):
- Visit your nearest DTC Bus Pass Centre. Find your nearest bus pass centre from the list above.

For the student category, you also need to download the Student Bus Form and get it attested by your school authorities. - Attach the required documents. The application form attached has a list of all documents required.

You can also apply for a DTC Bus Pass Online by following the steps below:

- Click on Apply Now, and enter your information. Here you need to choose your category (General, Student, Senior Citizen, etc) and the type of bus pass (e-Bus Pass, or Printed Bus Pass) you need.
- Once you submit the above details, you will find the complete DTC Bus Pass Online Application form. Here you are required to submit your personal details (like Name, DOB, etc) and attach your photo.
- Once you submit all your information, the system will generate an application number. Please save it for future communications.
- Next, you will be required to upload the necessary documents as per your category. After the final submission, your application will be sent to the DTC officials for verification.
Once the verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation message from the authorities. You can then visit the website and download your DTC Bus Pass.
